As a young child, my parents brought home a large framed portrait of an Eagle one day and hung it on the wall of my bedroom. It was adorned in embossed gold lettering with the phrase “Eagles don't flock - You have to find them one at a time.” I quickly developed a fascination of the Eagle and was intrigued by its symbolism to humanity for its bravery, honor, determination and grace.Raised by immigrant parents with very high expectations, they pushed me to achieve in my personal life from a very young age. My first milestone was the achievement of “Eagle Scout” which was rooted in developing myself as a leader and serving the community I live in.My success continued through College and after attaining my Masters in Business Administration, I pursued my natural inclination towards leadership by joining Aflac in the summer of 2012.From day one, I started organically growing my Agency from scratch and over the course of the next 6 years, I personally recruited and mentored over 100 new associates. Along the way, I was recognized for exemplary performance with multiple FAME's “Founders Award for Management Excellence” and “Career Builders Club”In the Summer of 2018, I tackled my first real corporate role joining Allstate's Field Sales Leadership Team, which presented an opportunity to lead on a much larger scale. I quickly attained my FINRA Series 6, Series 63 and Series 26 to serve as a Supervisory Principal overseeing securities transactions and registered personnel.Fast forward to today, I'm a Partner with New York Life in the Baltimore General Office with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry.
